Hooray for Friday! Even though I only had a two day work week I am so ready for the weekend. I need to catch up on some Z's after our tiring trip. I am planning to hit the couch immediately after our engagement pictures are done tomorrow and probably not move again until Monday. Realistically I should go to the gym and get my ass moving, but I don't know about that just yet.
Now that we have returned from our vacation Ross and I decided that we have to kick our butts into gear to get in shape for the wedding. We have 13 months until the big day and need to seriously start working on eating better and taking care of our bodies. We aren't totally overweight, but I am the heaviest I have ever been (ughhh) and Ross is unhappy with the weight he is at right now. We have a gym membership but we haven't been since the second week of January! I know...I know.
We want to try to get to the gym at least 4-5 times per week. I think if I mix up the things that I do it will help me to not get bored and want to stay motivated. My gym has zumba classes a few times a week as well as early morning turbo kick classes, so I want to go and try them out next week. I've done zumba once before and loved it...so hopefully that will help me get moving again!!
Anyone else do zumba, classes, etc. to keep things fun at the gym? What are your favorite classes to do?
