Happy Hump Day! Is it Friday yet? I have so much going on lately and am kind of burning myself out - enough that yesterday my body finally caved and I started feeling like total, absolute crap. I rested as much as possible last night and even skipped my run, which is putting me a little bit behind in training this week
I also got the sudden panicked feeling last week that taking on two jobs might be too much...I am pretty overwhelmed right now and definitely need to sit down and really figure out what I want and what I can actually take on in my current life situation. My new part time boss definitely needs me to do a lot more than I think I was prepared for, which is a stressful feeling!
But today is Random Wednesday and for now I am going to focus on that, get through the day and then get home to my couch so I can work on feeling better!
Yesterday I was reading one of my favorite blogs - Life with Emily and basically shrieked when I saw her outfit. These shoes are to die for. And the best part is, they are from Target! I don't have time to go there today to buy them, but before the end of this week they are mine!
Last night was Glee's 100th episode and as a die hard Glee fanatic I thought it was pretty overwhelming. All of the past cast members came back to be on the show and I was basically weeping for like half of the episode. I still get emotional thinking about Cory Monteith dying and the episodes where they talk about him just kill me! Anyone else a big Glee fan too??
Tomorrow is the first day of Spring but we are having anything but springtime weather here in Boston. Next week we are actually supposed to get snow again! What the hell was I thinking moving back here? Florida and California are calling my name!! I need to be on a boat with a cocktail stat.
I used to watch Glee but my husband's constant whining throughout the show made me give it up. I am sad that Finn is no longer a part of the crew. So unfortunate!
